Request: send notification if server is not available

It would be nice to send a notification if the HA server becomes unresponsive or unavailable for some time. Of course, provided that the Internet on the device is working, to avoid false positives due to a disabled wifi, network connection, etc.

It can be offensive to find out that my HA server has not been working for several hours when i think that everything is in order at my home.

I use https://uptimerobot.com/ to check if my HA still active.

feature requests are actually placed on github for the app and there is one already made for this one.
