I mistakenly turned off Ethernet from my home assistant app installed on my mobile phone. Now I am unable to turn on and my TV is not working.

That sounds like it is a problem for - just not sure what exactly…
In the app go to Settings → Companion App, click on the top box that shows your server, then scroll down and update the Internal or External URLs.

I tried to resolve the issues as per your assistance and failed as I am unable to select internal connection URL as shown in the below picture.
That’s ok. It is not needed as you only have one URL and it looks to be configured (the top Home Assistant URL one).
