Require "entity_id: all" now?

I know that the practice of leaving out the “entity_id:” tag to implicitly target “all” is deprecated in favor of explicitly indicating “entity_id: all”, but it would be great if I could enforce that now. Through my own fat-fingering this morning, and for the second time, I caused all of the switches in my house to simultaneously turn on because I had inadvertently left out an “entity_id:” tag in an experimental Lovelace card. Lights, sirens, pumps, whole the deal. It was great. Can I disable that “target all” behavior now without having to wait for it to be officially removed? Or is there another technique that I could use to limit the effect?
