Hi, my HA Yellow is quite poluted and I want to reset it so I can start over again.
I have the CM4 + NVMe drive so I learned I need to first change the boot order. It seems like that didn’t work because after the boot (which should have been from the USB drive), it’s up in a few minutes, I can just login and I see the same poluted setup.
Here’s what I did:
- Flash an USB drive with the HA Yellow OS installer (takes a few seconds)
- Unplug power cord and network cable from HA
- Plug in the power cord again while holding both the red and blue button for > 10 seconds
Now first the green + red led turns on, then also the yellow. None of them flashing, just on.
- Plug in USB in (tried top and bottom USB port), network and power.
First green + red are on, then red + yellow, then red + flashing yellow and green. After a few minutes, only the red light is on.
- Unplug / plug in the power again
…and it’s like nothing happened: old the old stuff is still there.
Any idea what is going wrong here and how to fix it?
Is there another procedure to reset it? (I have an background in IT if that helps).
