If you cant see the new feature “Layout” on your cards then clear the cache of your browser. I did it on chrome and now i got the resize option “layout”
You need also create a dashboard with Sections (experimental) for this
For anyone reading this in the future, it is generally a good idea to clear browser cache after every HA update, not just this one.
Every release thread I’ve seen in the past years seems to have at least one post which suggests you do this.
