Resource for CAD models to build enclosures?

Hi,

This might be off topic. Is there a resource somewhere where you can find 3D can models of common Arduino/ESP8266 components (ex. DHT22, IR Sensor, etc) for generating CAD models? Just curious if there is before going the long way of doing it.
