Restoring corrupted HA instance

I have (had?) HA installed using the HomeAssistant OS method (Balena Etcher, etc.) It’s been working fine up until the moment a file crapped itself during a power failure. The machine now boots into the 4-option bootloader menu (Slot A&B regular boot and Slot A&B repair mode). It looks like it fails trying to start the Docker instance. Rather than going down the rabbit hole of figuring out what exactly is messed up, is there any way I can mount the physical hard drive on another machine, grab whatever config files are valid, then rebuild the machine? And then hopefully restore that to the new build so I don’t have to re-add all my Zigbee devices, etc.

Yes, I have a backup made from the web UI. No, it’s not recent :frowning:
