There is no recycle bin. You are deleting a code snipet from a much larger program, so it doesn’t work that way.
You could get it from your backup. You could do a github integration where every change is logged and you can back out of it later. (I have done both.)
However, I believe there is about a zero or less chance you could get what you are asking for in the gui editor.
