Restoring from online and offline backup error

Hi community,

I’ve lost my Home Assistant instance due to a hardware fault. I’ve fortunately got both online and offline backups available for restoring.

While going through the restore process, I get the following error for both online and offline backups: ‘BackupManager.do_restore_partial’ blocked from execution, no supervisor internet connection

I have this setup as a Proxmox VM and the VM definitely has access to the internet and full local network. It’s the same setup I was using prior to the hardware failure.

Any ideas how I can get this working?

How do you know the VM has internet access?

I’ve was able to access their console and ping external sites. I’ve just been notified that there are local internet issues. I’m going to try again later and see if things change. Thanks for your reply.

Just tried again and it looks like a local internet issue.
