I just found out about this in a subreddit myself. Perhaps more people will use it if you do a write up on how you are using it, which is what this category is for. 
Best thing about it just work . All you have to do login and become echo tap on your phone it pickup my devices straight away can use it on mobile data . Outside your home…

It only pickup your devices if you already got a echo I think
