Send me a PM, and I’ll provide you with a Python script that sends the same command as the app, directly to the device. It works with both custom commands and those from the list. I’ve got it running locally on Homey Pro, and it’s easy to convert for Home Assistant as well.
No need for app after getting required information from API.

But i do not understand how to run or implement RF Converter Assistant: reload_remote:
and RF Converter Assistant: send_command
Can yo please provide a example.
