RFE: Make overkiz work with multiple gateways

As a user with multiple overkiz compatible gateways, I want to be able to manage all of them with my HA instance.

I’ve a Somfy tahoma box and also an Atlantic Cozytouch box, with both some differents equipments:

Tahoma:

  • Velux devices

Atlantic Cozytouch

  • Optimocosy CMV
  • Adelis towel dryer

Of course, I can’t use only one box (tahoma or cozytouch) for all these devices (IOhomecontrol ecosystem is really a mess…)

So I need to be able to connect at least two overkiz compatible gateway to my HA instance.

Have you tried this? You should be able to add 2 separate gateways, this is a supported scenario.

This does not currently work. I see the work done to accept the token instead of having to go to the tahoma website to pull the information. However, the updated integration for local API still references the website username and password instead of the token (despite the updated instructions). And the website will only return the primary hub.

You can see it is supposed to ask for the token there instead.

This is interesting… that description should not be there, as it is part of the pull request that will be shipped with the next major update (early May).

The code is ready and we are just waiting for the release.
