RFXCom: add support for Itho home ventilation ( ITHO CVE ECO RFT)

Hi,

Finally RFXCom has added support for the Itho ECO protocol @868MHz, and this makes it possible to send/receive commands to/from the home ventilation system.
Would be great if this integration also provides support for this protocol.

The remote control can send the following commands, according to RFX Manager

Which repo is it and is it setup by esp home?

Installed RFXCom via integrations in HA (I assume that provides info which repo it is).

Not running it via ESP home. The 868MHz transceiver is directly attached to the HA host.

Maybe good to know, in the meantime I just enabled Visonic in the RFXCom integration, and that already works @868MHz. Sensors are nicely added and the status is visible.
