anyone know how to setup this zigbee RGBgenie ZB-5004 remote in ha if it can be setup at all. I got it to be setup in the zigbee home automation integration but cant figure out how to program the buttons in automation.

Well… I’ll be. I did get the binding working after LITERALLY taking it out of the trash. It was just bugging me too much. Under “Zigbee device signature” I noticed all these entries for clusters 1-5, which was conspicuously the same number of buttons on my remote. So, in the Device List under Device Info > “Manage Clusters”, I found that I could select
OnOff (Endpoint id: 1, Id: 0x0006, Type: out)
followed by:
Cluster Attributes > Attributes of the selected cluster
on_off (id: 0x0000)
Then I selected a random “Bindable Device” that just happened to be a switch I could see from my desk, and BAM! On/Off on button 1 started working like a champ. Maybe now that I know what to look for, I can replace the functions of my SmartThings button that has never really worked right.

I kinda see what you mean but am still a little confused can you upload a screen shot of the zigbee device signature config highlight what you changed and explain a little more not sure what i am changing cause I don’t see some of the things your are talking about.
never mind i figured you instructions out and was able to get one light to turn off and on. now is i could only figure out groups and dimming.
