Ring Doorbell is a few mins off

Hi all, I just set up my ring doorbell with HA, and it appears that, when side by side, the app is a few minutes ahead than home assistant, any ideas on why?

App is direct connect vs HA which goes through cloud.

Minutes behind sounds like too much for live view. Maybe ok for recording. Seconds behind seem correct

I had the same issue. I added the Ring-MQTT add-on and included both (the ring integration as well as the addon) as triggers for HA. Now it is always much faster (of course, because the Ring-MQTT being local I believe). Redundancy is always good for reliability!
