Ring Doorbell Snapshot notification

I am trying to get a notification to my phone with screenshot of the person that rings my doorbell but I’m coming up with two issues :

I’m getting the notification but no picture
The picture that is saved in config/www is not at the right time. It’s like 20 minutes before so I don’t see the person that’s there and basically makes it useless.

Please let me know if anyone has had these issues and resolved them!
