Hello everyone, I have a xiaomi Roborock 2 S50, can anyone tell me if the vacuum cleaner start without the dust bin attached ? i have a problem with him, sent it back to the warranty for repair and they told me that is because i used it without a dust bin, i’ve never done that…and they are trying to charge me extra.
Without the dust bin, there’s no filter to prevent all of your dirt from getting into the unit itself.
Why are you trying to use it without a dust bin?
i never did, but this is what the guys from the warranty are saying to try to charge me for the repair…
