I’m not able to use my Roborock S7 since yesterday.
My Roborock app no longer works. When I click Enter as usual on my vacuum it tries to “Loading map” then times out. The Roborock integration within Home Assistant is in a failed to connect state.
I got Roborock in chat and they emailed me troubleshooting steps…
- Are you connecting your robot to a third party software named home assist?
If yes, we suggest you disconnect robot from home assist or disable its map feature have a try, which should solve the issue.
I have Deleted the Roborock integration. Hopefully my app will start working again soon. I wonder whether the integration caused me to hit a rate limit on the api.
