Hello there!
I have a Roborock Q7 Max vacuum. It was working fine and well integrated to HA with Xiaomi Miio integration. I use the Xiaomi Home app. One month ago, HA lost connection with it. Rebooted it and it was fine (Xiaomi app was always fine). One week later, HA lost connection again and even with reboot didn’t work, and before that, xiaomi app shows “connection slow” while getting map, but worked. Erased and reinstalled Miio integration, deleted robot, rebooted and added it to xiaomi app and added it again to integration. It worked for few hours. Now, it doesn’t matter if I reboot or reinstall or whatever, it keeps loosing wifi connection, even near router, and it’s unusable even with android app.
Any thoughts?
Solved!
So, I managed to solve my problem.
-
Factory reset didn’t solve my problem.
-
Assign a fixed IP didn’t solve my problem (but I let it with a fixed IP).
-
Wifi reset (already tried) didn’t solve my problem
-
Cleaning DHCP leases solved it!!!
My router had too many leases granted (with work network and guest network combined, more than 200 leases). And router was kicking my roborock out of network. So, problem solved!
