The Roku integration appears to be missing the configuration button on the integrations page. I recently needed to move from wired to wireless on one of my Roku’s that helps control a scene (turn off lights after 15 minutes if Roku state is idle). The Roku integration did not pick up the IP address change (makes sense), but does not have a configuration button that should probably also have a “refresh” devices option.
Have you tried adding it via new config entry (ie add new)? It should fail with already configured but update the existing entry with host info. This works because the unique id is detected as a duplicate and is aborted while updating host config of the original config entry.
