Router > Upload & Download speed sensors stuck at 0.00

I bought a Ubiquiti EdgeMax router.

It was discovered and integrated into HA through UPnP.

It shows up as Linux Internet Gateway Device.

The integration provides a sensor for Upload Speed and a sensor for Download Speed, but they are always exactly 0.00 KiB/s.

I would like to use these sensors. Is there some trick to getting them to work?

I have the same issue with my router, did you find a solution?
Thanks

Hello, was anyone able to find a fix?

I’m also seeing the download speed sensor from the UPnP integration stuck at 0.0 KiB/s. Weird thing is it was working fine yesterday and I’m still seeing the upload speed sensor receiving data.

I tried to rebuild the docker image a few times (rpi4 Ubuntu 20.04 host) and even re add the UPnP router integration but still no dice.

Update: I rebuilt the docker container then restarted the host and router, and now it is working again.

How did you rebuild the docker container, are you using the integration in devices?

I have the same problem with a CH7465LG by Compal Broadband Networks.
Once the modem is restarted I get also values for download speed but after some time (hours) the download speed gets stuck at 0 and the other sensors are giving acceptable values.
I already deleted the device and got it rediscovered but this didn’t solve the problem.
In the past (some months ago) this worked fine.

I’m having the same issue with my Orbi router after having just installed the integration today. My upload and download speeds went to zero within a minute of adding it. I noticed in my log that the integration doesn’t appear to be requesting those sensors’ values, so I opened an issue that includes a link to this thread. I don’t have the option to rebuild the docker container, as I’m using supervised HA.
