Routers on zigbee2mqtt are showing up offline

Hello.

Many of the devices on the zigbee network have been disconnected. They have in common that they are router devices. I don’t know if that’s related. Do you know how I can solve this problem without having to start the zigbee network from scratch?

Edit: although the others appear online, none of the mesh network devices are working

Hello,
I have had the same today…
Also the endpoints (dimmers etc.) seemed to be online, only the routers (lamps) were offline,
Only a complete reboot of the system (Pi4) solved the problem for me.
A reboot of HA was not enough (or I was to impatient)
Now slowly everything is coming alive again.

I’m using a Sonoff USB 3 Dongle P.

Seems to be not only a problem at my place.
It occured about 6-7 hrs ago

Edit: The endpoints were also offline, but did not appear that way.

Maybe include what you’ve already tried to rectify the situation.
I don’t know how you expect anyone to be able to help you when you have only said things are offline what do I do?

I did some reading (Z-Stack_3.x.0 coordinator 20231111/20231112 feedback · Koenkk/Z-Stack-firmware · Discussion #483 · GitHub)
My suspicion is the firmware of my Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (CC2652P)
With firmware 20230507 there are some issues (among them is dropping devices)
I’m going to switch to another version and keep you posted

I just had this exact thing happen to me. Right at midnight the logs show that all of my router devices, mostly Ikea bulbs, are now offline on the Devices page in Home Assistant.

About 3 weeks ago I update my coordinator (Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (CC2652P)) to firmware 20230922.
Since then I had no issues anymore
