RPI3+ HassOS image useless

Dear All,

I have installed on my RPI 3+ Hassio disk image.
I configured, installed some add-ons, like configurator, ESPHome, SSH & Web terminal.
It was working properly for couple of days. Then a new upgrade coming, after upgrade the system just stop working. No restart or anything helped.
I had to completely start from scratch again.
WiFi turned on, static IP address used, then again after couple of days it is just collapsed and nothing helped.
At the moment I’m using fifth image, (only “stable” versions used).
After 3 weeks working, ESPHome compiler crashed - was used 3 days before without any problem - and now after restart it is just stopped working.
I have read all of the instructions published on the official page, some of them are already unusable, because they are outdated and the system already changed.
I followed all offical description how to set up the system.
Not using any unknown addons.
Can anyone tell me, why this shit is happening with me?
Why this system is so unstable - RPI should be a good hardware for Home Assistant, wouldn’t use a PC for this, also hassio OS should be straight forward?
I do not understand, why I have to spend a lot of days to install everything and than start from the begining.
Why this is so difficult to install and use it? Why?
Why I have to search on the internet for strange error messages, beside of using “stable” images and “stable” plugins?
I’m really pissed off, because I was trusting on this system, bought a lot of equipments for this and I cannot use it, because in the background something happen and the whole system crashing and collapsing all the time.
Why? Why? Why?
Is than not possible to develop this system more carefully? Really this insane background development has to happen?
Is there anyone, who can tell me, what should I do to use a stable image and stable system on RPI3+ or maybe on RPI4? How?
Is this system ever usable for people, who are not Linux guru?
It is a shame to have this!
