Rpiboot don't detect RPi CM5 memory

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my Home Assistant Yellow + CM5 setup. When I connect the PoE cable and press the recovery button, no status LEDs turn on. I’ve run rpiboot, but it doesn’t detect the RPi memory.

I’ve tested with different cables and on multiple PCs, and the result is always the same. The status LED only turns on when I unplug the USB cable.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have suggestions on what might be going wrong?

Thanks in advance for your support!

I think I got it: run rpi-mass-storage-gadget64.bat. Again it tells you “waiting for BCM etc.” Then push recovery (usb-c) button and unplug/replug power. Release the button and there you go. Hope this is helpfull.
