I purchased a USR-TCP232-410s from USR. I am powering it from the 5V USB port on the side of my hayward pool controller (the display in the sub panel). I also have RJ45 running to the “Serial Device Server” and can access the web and telnet interfaces.
I set the Baud rate to 19200,8,N,2.
I have also tried flipping the A(+) and B(-) terminals on the USR box but unable to get anything back in the terminal. I also have tried different BPS and settings but still unable to get it working.

I’ve connected Port 2 -> A(+), Port 3 -> B(-) and Port 4 -> Ground. I’ve also tried flipping 2 and 3.
Any help greatly appreciated.
