I’ve been using HA for the last few weeks and been diving head first. I have HAOS on a VM setup following a few guides. I saw I can grab data from RF devices so I picked up a dongle, connected it, and added the add-on. I didn’t do any configuration but from the log, it looks like the add-on picked up my dongle? Screenshot attached.
My first question is do I still need to create a user so it can connect to my MQTT? I’ve searched online every night trying to make heads or tails on how to set this up. I have a Sonof Dongle currently and that was easier to setup. Any help is appreciated. TIA
