Rtsp stream slow load

Hello,

I have an RTSP camera stream to HA. but whenever I open the stream using either the app, or the browser, it takes 10 to 20 seconds before the image shows.
when opening the stream in VLC is shows within a second.

Is there a way to improve the performance?
I already migrated from rpi3 to rpi4 but that didn’t help.

in settings
RTSP transport protocol won’t be saved, or the radio button gets cleared.
I set Frame Rate to 2.

but I doubt, this has anything to do with the slow performance.

Yes, check rtsptowebrtc, go2rtc add-ons or webrtc custom integration.
