Run a Browser on HASS.OS

As a newbie to HA i was wondering why there is no Option to ‘run’ homeassistant on the Device where i installed it.

Would it be possible to run a browser to access it?

(maybe somebody else will attach it to a TV or Monitor for Information purposes without the need of another Device just to run a browser)

Possible, perhaps.
Would I? No.

I would rather spend the CPU and RAM on the automations and other smart home related tasks and if needed use a different device to look at the GUI.

But as long as it’s an opt-in/out then I won’t mind having the option.
