Running another app on the same Pi

Hi!

I have a Pi I run Home Assistant on, but I’ve found a couple more apps I’d like to run on it at the same time. It’s a 3B, so not too powerful, but I don’t use Home Assistant with a ton of devices, so I think it should be fine.

Specifically, the first thing I’d like to run is this. As I understand, Home Assistant is pretty much just Linux, so I think it should be possible, right?

To install HA on the Pi, I followed the first set of instructions on this page.

If you installed Home Assistant OS, you cant install a separate app. But you might find this interesting:

Ah okay, if I reinstall it using the method that has it run as an app on Raspbian though, that would work right?

Also, using it to control my home is an awesome idea, definitely going to take a look at this. Thank you!
