Hi. I have been setting up my desktop on a Samsung tablet but was wondering is there a way to run desktop without having to keep my raspberry pin on all time

Do you mean your HA dashboard?
If so and Home Assistant is running on that Pi. The no, it’s as server - if you want to access the dashboard HA has to be running.
