So as the doc says, I clear the port 1883 to use the secure port 8883 but the mosquitto broker still start listening on 1883.
What is the procedure to use mqtt 8883 and 8884 ports with mosquitto broker add-on ?

I had no luck in following the instructions - when I removed the 1883 port, it usually stopped working completely after HA restart, one time it worked for a while but then after several restarts just silently ceased to work. So I enabled the 1883 port back and live with that.
