Today I realized that the integration with Salus IT600 is no longer 100%, the thermostats are no longer displayed with the following message:
“This entity is no longer being provided by the salus integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings”
what is strange, rest of the component, window contact, most of the TRV I receive the status (only 1 is Unavailable), working perfect.
Same here!
Salus IT600 is not working anymore with Home Assistant Plugin.
I tried deleting and deactivating, configure the Plugin new by adding the Salus IT600. This results in the Gateway Salus IT600 is available but only with 1 entity, the Hub itself. “Thermostate” are not existing anymore in the plugin.
Restarting the Hub IT600 does not help, it is visible in Home Assistant and can be integrated (but without all the Thermostate, which worked so far).
Restoring older BackUp is not helping, the devices Thermostate are not found.
In the Salus App on Mobile Phone, the Hub is working as normal.
I tried different ways of how to fix it, after a lot of tries, I got it working with a backup 4 days old and the way as described:
Hello, I also have the same problem and have not yet found a solution. It seems likely to be rooted in the core of the HA update. The question I’m asking myself is how much of it can actually be fixed on my own. If anyone knows exactly what the cause might be, I would greatly appreciate the help.
Under the HACS Integration page, remove the current Salus repository (you can choose the Ignore option - i.e. not removing your integration setup under the Devices and Services page. Restart HA.
After step 2 - click on the 3 dots to the right of this entry and click download (I ALWAYS forget this step and wonder why the repository didn’t load…) Restart HA
Go back into your Devices and Services page and confirm everything is as it should be
