This is a system which should be avoided by anyone half-interested in HA. No detailed specs published, no upgrade path and the whole thing seems to be designed as a money grabbing affair.
Why not consider HA Yellow instead. What you pay for the Yellow box supports the HA cause, in addition to getting a great value entry level HW for HA.

Sadly the yellow with CM4 is a six month wait looking at the website. I would rather get something sooner. Looking at NUCs as an alternative but liked this given it was ready to go.

I am using that hub for a year now, and have absolutely nothing bad to report about. Originally I wanted to get the Yellow but couldn’t wait any longer as needed to move all my HA stuff from Mac asap. IMO the Yellow is more a money grabbing affair where you have to pay for every part to eventually run the box
