However not on a Rpi.
It’s an windows app. firmware updater.

But how can I update a drive with HA OS? Can I put it in a PCIe adaptor and plug into a windows box without destroying the HA installation?
Reading the manual I see that Samsung recommends to back the drive-up before the flashing, I would say no your data is not safe.
