I’m looking at smart home appliances that I could add to HA. I see that Samsung has a line of dishwashers and washing machines that have IP connectivity and are part of the SmartThings story.
I was looking at the SmartThings HA integration but from what I can see it doesn’t seem to support things like dishwashers and washing machines. Am I incorrect?
it does show up. I have 3 devices from them, all in Home Assistant too:
- combi microwave/oven
- oven with also steam function
- dishwasher
I was hoping to see notifications when to run the self-cleaning program of the dishwasher, but I don’t see it in HA, only in the Samsung App.
BTW, If you can remote start your dishwasher via HASS or only via Samsung App?
I can start it from Home Assistant if the dishwasher is in remote-control mode.
