Samsung tab not waking with "command_screen_on" - was working before? -SOLVED - HA not running on tab

Samsung SM-X200 tab was waking with trigger from Hue motion sensor - for months. Now, nogo about a week ago. Tab is up to date, motion is triggered on Hue, Trace shows up in HA. Where should I look next?
