Samsung watch skin temperature support

Samsung have enabled the skin temperature sensor in the Galaxy Watch 5 and 6. This sensor isn’t showing up alongside the other sensors in Home Assistant. Is there a way to make this available?

My use case is to automatically adjust my BedJet or room heating/cooling while I sleep based on how I am feeling.

do you see that data coming in taht frequently? if so please comment on the ticket with how often health connect is updated with the data. Keep in mind just because you see data with a bunch of timestamps does not mean the data gets added as it is reported, they coudl be batch updates which the app willl not get

as far as i know skin temp is a nightly average and not something that gets recorded separately for each report.

How can I tell how often the data is coming in? I’m not a developer so I may be limited in how much I can help. I have noticed that there are some gaps. Here’s an example from last night.

look at the records in Health Connect on the device, those are the same records the app will have access to.

I’m seeing all kinds of vitals data but not temperature. I’m using Health Sync to get my Samsung data into Google Fit. It doesn’t look like it can sync temperature. Is there a direct syncing method that moves everything across?
