[Satel Integra] arm_home_mode , "Arm home" and "arm away"

  1. What is arm_home_mode in the satellite documentation?
    I don’t know what exactly it refers to.

  2. How works “Arm home” and “Arm away” ?
    I also don’t know what exactly it refers to.

The mapping between the HA integration and the Satel Integra app is:
“Arm Away” → Arm Full (red lock icon)
“Arm Home” with arm_home_mode = 1 → Arm Full + bypasses (orange lock icon)
“Arm Home” with arm_home_mode = 2 → Arm Stay (grey lock icon)
“Arm Home” with arm_home_mode = 3 → Arm Stay, delay = 0 (blue lock icon)

Is this still valid after last month’s integration changes?
It’s been rewritten in the UI and these options are no longer available.

This is still valid yes, the main difference is not the UI asks you which mode you want to use. I am looking at simplifying the options, even potentially removing the options altogether and mapping them to native HA alarm panel modes. I have to dive a bit deeper into the different modes for that first though

Are you going to change the “bug”(?), when we select “Arm Home”, then firstly “Arm Away” is activated, and after 1 second, “Arm Home” is finally activated?

I wasn’t aware of that bug, I will take a look at it. Thanks for reporting!

Ideally you’d create bug reports on Github for these, that allows us to properly track the progress :wink:
