Hello,
I have a reolink camera that works well and I see it detects motions in my logbook.
However I cannot figure out how to store the images when motion is detected in my media directory.
I think I can do it in automation or perhaps directly in Motioneye, I assume motioneye motion detection is the same event that I see in my logbook - but I just cant get it to work.
In motioneye for camera config I put:
“Storage device” : Custom path
“Root directory”: /share/motioneye/Camera3
I can see the directory via telnet plugin but it’s empty… so I guess my camera is not trigged.
Event I see in logbook is “Kamera vardagsrum reolink motion”
from entity_id binary_sensor.kamera_vardagsrum_reolink_motion
So - how do I start record if this event is trigged?
