Scan interval in concord232 platform

I would like to adjust the scan interval for the concord232 platform both alarm control panel and the binary sensor. For example

  • platform: concord232
    host: ip_address
    port: 5007

scan_interval : 5

Is this possibe??

I believe the default value for scan_interval is set to 10 (seconds).

I’m not sure it will work but try adding scan_interval: 5 to the component’s configuration, restart Home Assistant, and then test if the binary_sensor detects state-changes more quickly.
