Create a scene with several lights. One hue light has effect colorloop. Save. Turn on scene. It works.
Change the scene, add/change a light other than the one with colorloop effect. Save. Colorloop effect isn’t saved.
When changing a setting the colorloop effect back and save, it’s ok.
So, colorloop effect is not kept when changing something in the scene.
