Schedule selection for non admin users (Schedule helper)

I have set up a schedule helper that has the settings page (with columns) to select schedule. I am using this helper with an automation to turn on and off my Water Heater.

Issue is that the schedule helper settings page(with columns) is not accessible to Users other than Administrator. Please allow Users other than Admin to access this schedule selection area so they can apply schedule as well.

Weekly Schedule Helper improvements

Love the new weekly schedule helper. Could we perhaps get some enhancements like: A Scheduler card for displaying and setting schedules. Finer grained control. 30 minutes is too coarse to be of any use for my irrigation control. EDIT: work-around is to trigger at the schedule on time and use a timer. Services for altering the schedules programmatically.
