Scheduler date pickers have failed in the Scheme Mode

I have installed the Sheduler, the Scheduler Card and the Sceduler Component. It works apart from a problem with the date picker display in Scheme Mode. I am unable to use the scheme mode to set times as it only allows the input of a single digit hour time (i.e. 1pm but not 11:00pm see picture). I have tried deleting and reloading (through HACS) but the problem persists.

Can anyone please identify the problem and a solution?

There was a recent update. I updated the card and scheduler in Hacs - IIRC it was the card that got the update.
