I have read every post on getting the Schlage BE369 working I could find. Tons of references to things that don’t seem to exist in the new version HA. Mine is a new install on NUC with the Zooz stick. Add-on is the official “z-wave js” one. I spent hours trying to get the lock to include using add device. It just kept failing, but I finally got it to pair with the stick by using the Silabs tools with the stick on my laptop, great! So I put the stick back on HA and a device shows up, but nothing works, No log entries other than unknown and unavailable. lock/unlock do nothing. Re-interview does not help. What am I missing here?
Does anyone have a be369 deadbolt that IS working with the latest version of HA? This lock was extremely popular years ago before the new Schlage models came out. It is hard for me to believe no one has come across this. The one post I see on this lock is old and has no resolution.
