Schlage BE469 broken in 0.93.1

The lock no longer responds to the UI “slider button” or Alexa commands. No commands/responses appear in the Zwave log and the lock does not activate and the UI does not change state.

It does respond if you select the lock icon, get the details popup and click on the blue Unlock or Lock links and the commands and responses appear properly in the Zwave log.

Does anyone know how to address this?

After a number of server restarts the UI no longer shows the “slider button” but shows an Unlock and Lock link in Blue (similar to the detailed popup) and now the commands work and also work through the Alexa integration. I do not know why this changed but it does appear to work now.
