I replaced my batteries 2 weeks ago. Yesterday my lock was acting funny, and I noticed the batteries were at 20%. So I replaced the batteries again and now the lock is just giving me a blinking red X. I did a factory reset and can’t even manually add a new code. And the built in codes won’t work either.
I’m going to call tech support, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar? Thank God I bought this on my Amex, extending the warranty beyond a year.
