Schlage Smart Lock BE469ZP

Hello Everyone - I have a bit of an odd issue. I recently cleaned up my install of Home Assistant, and repaired my locks using Z-Wave JS UI and have them set up using Keymaster. I have 4 of these locks in my home, and only one seems to have an odd issue.

On one of the locks, the touchscreen is disabled. I was digging around Z-Wave JS UI to see if there was a configuration bit I could flip, or compare it to a working lock and see if there was something different. After doing that and a few google searches, I have come up empty.

Does anyone know how I would re-enable the touchscreen on this lock?

Sounds like Vacation Mode is on for that lock. On my 469s (non ZP) that’s Param4. 0x00 (0) is disabled 0xFF (255) is enabled.

EDIT: Also accessible by programming code: [Schlage button] - Programming code - 4 - [check button]

Thanks Nathan! That was it. It was showing vacation mode disabled - ended up just toggling the setting and that did it. Just an odd glitch in the system I guess.

Thanks for the help!
