Schlage Z-wave Unavailable

My lock derped out for a few days (loose wire probably), and now that it’s fixed I can’t get it to work with OZW again.

I’ve tried re adding it, both via the “Enroll” button under the cover as well as the SCHLAGE button + 6 digit programming code + 0 methods. While I did this, I tried both the OZW add-on’s “Add Node” button as well as the service call with {secure:true}. None of those worked and currently my OZW entities includes the lock with everything reading “Unavailable”.

What should I do in this situation?

I can tell you I had a heck of a time getting a couple of my locks to work with OZW (before I moved to Z-Wave JS). What I ended up doing to fix the mess was to factory reset the locks and go through the manual pairing method (and of course secure inclusion into my Z-Stick) before I finally got them working. It was such a painful process that I actually removed all the locks from my doors and do all the work within just about 2 feet of my Z-Stick to ensure connectivity. After fiddling around with them on the door for a couple hours, I can tell you that a full reset of the locks being just 24 inches from the stick was what fixed my problem and they have been rock solid ever since.

That sounded annoying so instead I did something stupid and updated from 2021.1 to 2021.5 so I could install Zwave JS. And it worked! In fact, the only Z-wave thing to work immediately was the lock.
