Script: how to turn off a group of switches?

I can’t find the corresponding service to turn off a group of switches using the gui.

If I try to use the service switch.turn_off the group of lights never appears in the dropdown.

groups:
  living_room_floor_lamps:
  name: Floor Lamps
  entities:
  - switch.front_lamp_mss310_main_channel
  - switch.rear_lamp_mss310_main_channel

Any ideas?
