I only know about the button-card and the haptic feedback for Beta iOS App.
Very late reply, but this should be possible on Android to send a notification to your phone and have Tasker intercept it and vibrate to whatever vibration pattern you send. Tasker could also dismiss the notification. The mobile notification also allows you to send a vibration pattern for a channel, but due to an Android limitation the channel’s vibration pattern can only be sent once and cannot be cleared… Even if you delete the channel, it still remembers the pattern
